KEN GI Machinery Service Process
- Upon receiving customer inquiries such as RFQs or purchase information, KEN GI conducts an internal feasibility assessment. A quotation is then generated through the ERP system. Once the customer agrees to the quotation, the order is confirmed.
- After order confirmation, the production planning team evaluates and confirms the delivery schedule with the customer. Simultaneously, parts procurement and price inquiries begin. All incoming materials undergo inspections according to ISO procedures and proceed to production only after passing quality checks.
- For expanded metal mesh and anti-slip plate products, KEN GI follows strict quality inspection procedures, including first article inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection, ensuring shipment meets customer quality requirements.
- For customized production equipment, components are manufactured in-house or outsourced by experienced technicians. The equipment is assembled on-site, test-run in the factory by KEN GI or the buyer, and prepared for container loading and shipment.
- Once the machine arrives at the customer’s site, clients may choose to have KEN GI personnel assist with installation, test runs, and training sessions.
