KEN GI Industrial Co., Ltd is the first manufacturing expert in Taiwan with manufacturing Expanded Metal Mesh and Safety Grating.
Through long-term accumulated experience, we designed, tested, and practical production of our in-plant parts processing to assemble machines. We are able to customize machines to meet the whole factory plan and sell them to the worldwide.
Ken Gi is the first specialized manufacturer in Taiwan to produce expanded metal mesh and checkered plate. Ken Gi is able to make multiple metal lathes through self-designed equipment, such as Expanded Metal Machine, Brick mesh Machine, Hy-Rib/Rib-Lath Machine, Checkered Plate Machine
Ken Gi Industrial Factory is located in Taoyuan, Taiwan, with two factories in total.
KEN GI Plant 1 – Equipment and Processing
- This facility supports the assembly of equipment and production lines. It is equipped with small-scale processing machines, including 2 lathes, 3 milling machines, and 1 drilling machine, allowing for in-house production of components and the assembly of machinery for export.
- The patterned anti-slip plates are produced on an OEM basis. The plant includes one fully automated patterned plate machine capable of handling high-volume orders, and one semi-automated machine suitable for low-volume, customized orders.
- KEN GI also serves as an OEM partner for Hitachi, manufacturing nano air filters and multi-functional filters.
KEN GI Plant 2 – Production and Manufacturing
- This facility is equipped with various types of expanded metal mesh machines, capable of producing metal mesh with widths ranging from 2 feet to 8 feet. Custom orders are also accepted.
- For construction applications, the plant includes machines for ribbed mesh with 7-groove, 9-groove, and 11-groove configurations, producing mesh with a width of 600mm.
- For stay-in-place formwork (easy-plaster mesh), the facility has 6-groove and 7-groove machines.
- The corner bead mesh machines can produce corner meshes in 25×25 mm and 50×50 mm sizes.
