KEN GI Machinery Service Process
- The product inquiry or purchase information will be evaluated the feasibility, and after the ERP system citation the quotation analysis, the quotation or proforma invoice will be provided to customer confirms the order.
- Once the order has confirmed, schedule the production plan, purchase spare parts at the same time, perform inspections according to the ISO process, ensure the material’s stable and reliable quality, and then enter the production line components.
- For Expanded Metal Lath/ Safety Grating, as per quality inspection process to the final inspection of the finished product, complete the order then ready to ship.
- For customized metal processing machinery, the technicians perform machine equipment testing after assembling the machine with qualified parts in the factory.
- KEN GI or the buyer will then perform a final test on the machine to load the container for export. When the machine arrives at the customer, the technicians will be sent to the installation/test/training plan.

Final Testing
Perform comprehensive testing and quality inspection to ensure the equipment meets shipping standards.
Shipping Schedule Arrangement
Arrange a suitable shipping schedule based on the delivery date and logistics conditions.
Delivery to Client
After packaging and customs clearance, safely transport the equipment to the client’s designated location.
