Features

  • The standard type expanded metal machine designed by Ken Gi is capable of processing materials up to 3.2 mm in thickness. Applicable materials include Mild Steel (MS), Galvanized Steel (GI), Aluminum (AA1050), and Stainless Steel (SUS304 & 316).
  • With servo motor control, the standard model not only enhances feeding precision but also achieves speeds of up to 300 strokes per minute (SPM). The mesh opening size can be adjusted according to customer requirements, with a maximum size of SW 40 mm × LW 80 mm.
